WVOT Closure Form

WVOT Move Committee assists Agencies with the closure of their office.  The WVOT teams support the agency's service disconnections, moving office staff and surplus equipment if necessary. Agency can complete the Closure Google Form from the link below.   Agencies should contact their IRM as the first step in beginning the process of office closure.

WVOT Office Move Fees

WVOT implemented the Office Move Fees as a billable rate in FY2019 Rates Catalog.    Agencies will be invoiced after the completion of their move. 

The Current Rates Catalog for an office move is:

• Project Office Move Per move, Per employee $30.00

• Project Office Move--Premium  Per Move Per SOW
