Hello! I'm Ms. Burns. Mrs. Kurowsky and I very excited to be your English teachers this year! I cannot wait to get to know each of you better. To start us off, I would like to tell you all a little about myself. I am from Colonia, though I actually was a student here at JFK. I attended Rider University where I earned my degrees in English, Education, and Special Education. I have taught everything from 1st-12th grade, except for middle school. I am currently engaged to my fiancé, Joe, and we live with his son Liam. I love being with my family and most outdoor activities (with the exception of fishing). I look forward to meeting you all and having a fun & successful semester!!
