Dear students,
Sometimes we can feel upset, anxious, or worried. Other times we may be frustrated or sad. Everyone needs a break sometimes, including me! Follow the tips on one of the breathing pictures below. You might want to set a timer for 2-3 minutes to give yourself time to calm down. You can also watch one of the videos below to help calm yourself through movement. If you are at home you can even print one of the coloring sheets from this page to help calm yourself by coloring.
