The 26-27 school year will be my 17th year teaching in Fords Middle School.

I have taught 8th grade, both Algebra and Pre-Algebra for my entire teaching career.

I received my supervisor certification from Rowan University.

I have a Master's Degree in Curriculum & Instruction in Mathematics Education.

I absolutely love spending time with my family when I am home.

My only child, my daughter Alexandra who is now 24, has completed college and has started her career as a paralegal.  She also got married September 14, 2025 and had my first grandbaby, Noah, on July 25, 2026!

I am a huge animal lover; in July 2023 I lost my dog Sasha who was 13 years old and the love of my life.

After school, during the week, I work as a math tutor at a private tutoring center near my home and I also continue to tutor in the summer assisting students with summer math packets, preparation for entrance exams into private schools and/or content review to prepare for the upcoming school year.

In my free time I like to take surveys, enter sweepstakes/contests and write reviews on products I get from various companies looking for my honest opinion.  I like to call myself a professional product reviewer.
