Aleks is a website that pre-assesses students and then based on the results of their pre-assessment, creates a pie graph for them that indicates what content they are proficient at and what they need to work on.
That Quiz
That Quiz is a great website to utilize to practice a variety of math skills. The site is very simple to use and it also has a nice feature that tracks how many problems a user gets correct and how long it takes them to complete a set of questions.
Khan Academy
Kahn Academy is a free web-based resource with thousands of videos on topics ranging from math to physics. It also offers users the chance to practice various content.
Math Playground
Math Playground is a good site that combines math with interactive games.
National Library of Virtual Manipulatives
This website is a great resource to use in any math classroom. It's aim is to connect math and technology by enabling students to use traditionally hand-on manipulatives in a digital format. The manipulatives cover a number of topics that your child will be covering in math class this year.
