INTERACT CLUB
Guided by the core values of Character, Commitment, and Community, the Interact Club is Colonia High School’s leading organization for student-led community service. Through a variety of meaningful service projects offered each month, members have the opportunity to develop leadership skills, build lasting relationships, and embody the principle of Service Above Self.
By actively engaging with the community, students gain valuable life skills and discover the impact they can have on the lives of others. Interact members learn that a mindset rooted in service not only supports those in need—but also brings purpose and fulfillment to their own lives.
Hand in Hand
One of the most meaningful events hosted by the Interact Club is Hand in Hand—a monthly gathering that creates a supportive, inclusive, and engaging environment for adults with developmental disabilities.
This event is designed to foster connection, celebrate individuality, and promote personal growth through a variety of fun, hands-on activities. Each month, participants come together to enjoy crafts, games, dancing, snacks, and—most importantly—companionship.
At its core, Hand in Hand emphasizes active participation and shared experiences, ensuring that every individual feels valued, empowered, and part of a welcoming community.
ALL STUDENTS are welcome to join. See CALENDAR below for important information and upcoming events.
