Mr. Demcher grew up locally, through the Woodbridge Township School District graduating from Colonia High School, prior to attending Kean University for his undergraduate degree. While at Kean University, Mr. Demcher obtained his Bachelor's Degree where he graduated Summa Cum Laude in Mathematical Sciences Education K-12 with a certification in Teacher of Students with Disabilities prior to beginning his teaching career in the Rahway Public Schools. Being a lifelong learner, Mr. Demcher enrolled in a Master's of Education program focusing on Curriculum and Instruction at the American College of Education where he graduated in the Spring of 2023.
