Camerata

Camerata Auditions for the 2025-2026 school year have concluded. Thank you to everyone who auditioned!

 Students who were not accepted will be placed on a waiting list, and will have the right of first refusal should a student quit or be dismissed from Camerata. 

Audition Requirements: 

• Sopranos should prepare the solo "How Can I Keep from Singing" in the key of Bb Major. CLICK HERE for the sheet music!

• Altos and Baritones should prepare the solo "Scarborough Fair" in the key of D Minor. CLICK HERE for the sheet music!

• All voice parts will also be asked to sing a Major Scale using Solfège syllables ("do-re-mi")

• Results will be posted within 72 hours of the auditions. Accepted students will receive a permission slip from Mr. McGuire during Choir Class.

• Students who were in Camerata last year do not need to re-audition, but must return their permission slips to Mr. McGuire no later than September 26th to secure their spot. 

All Rehearsals: Mondays from 3:10-3:50 (Except for Wednesday, October 15th)
