Class Expectations
-Daily class materials: Chromebook, notebook (digital or paper), pen or pencil
- All work as well as reminders for tests and quizzes is posted on Google Classroom for your reference.
-Classwork (minor assessment): Several assignments are posted daily on the textbook website (vhlcentral.com).
Complete any work not finished in class by 7:30 am the following day--after that time it is late and 5 points are deducted for each additional late day.
-Friday quizzes (minor assessment)
-Google Slides Presentations (major assessment grades)
-Formal tests: speaking, listening, writing (1-2 times per month)
-Cooperative work (daily)
Late Work: Please complete any work not finished in class for homework by 11:59 pm on the due date. After that time, all work is late (5% deduction each day it is late). The exception is if you were absent, in which case you are allowed 2 make-up days for every day you were out.
***Class participation is vital to your grade. You must speak French in class as often as possible. The only way to way to master a new language is to speak it!
