IXL

IXL is an online platform used to practice and master topics in Language Arts, Science and Mathematics.  

We will NOT make use of IXL on a regular basis.

You access IXL using your CLEVER login.

IXL skills have a "Smart Score" associated with them.  The smart score does not directly relate a score in genesis.  Rather, a score range on IXL will relate to a specific score in genesis.  I will list those scores in a table below.

IF AN IXL SKILL HAS NO SCORE, THAT MEANS NO QUESTIONS HAVE BEEN ANSWERED FOR THAT SKILL.  AS SMART SCORES ARE AVERAGED (THE AVERAGE SMART SCORE OF ALL SKILLS IN A PARTICULAR ASSIGNMENT) IF A STUDENT ANSWERS NO QUESTIONS FOR ALL ASSIGNED SKILLS IN A PARTICULAR ASSIGNMENT, THAT STUDENT WILL RECIEVE A ZERO, AS NO WORK HAS BEEN ATTEMPTED OR COMPLETED.
