A Message to My Students

After fourteen years, I will no longer be advising the Interact Club, however, it will always hold a very special place in my heart. Interact is so much more than a school club. It is a community built on Character, Commitment, and Community, where students discover the power of giving back and living by the principle of Service Above Self. Watching you grow as leaders, serve others, and make a genuine difference has been incredibly meaningful to me.

I will especially cherish the memories created through Hand in Hand, where connections were made, individuality was celebrated, and everyone was reminded of the importance of belonging. I am incredibly proud of the students who have embraced the spirit of Interact and carried its message of Be The Change into everything they do. While my role may be changing, my love for this club, its members, and its mission will remain with me always.

Moving forward, I am very excited that Mr. Demcher will be taking over as the Interact Club advisor. I know he will bring his own energy, ideas, and passion to the club and will continue to help our students make a meaningful difference in our school and community! Although I am stepping away from the advisor role, I am looking forward to supporting Interact in all ways possible!
