Using Google Drawings, you will create three concepts for a personal logo that will become a part of your own "professional" brand. Your logo can use a selection of color, symbols, abstract art, words, letters, numbers, images word-art, and other features. Your logo will be added to your website, videos, and other creative work completed in this course.

Brainstorm a few ideas for a personal logo. Consider character traits, interests, ideas, and other characteristics that represent you. Make a list in the Google Drawing provided in Google Classroom. (10 to 15 minutes)
Review the Google Applied Digital Skills videos below to learn how to use the tools in Google Drawings. The video tutorials are intended to be used to create a logo as a part of a flyer used to advertise for an event. However the same skills can be applied to the development of your personal logo.

If you would like to integrate a free hand approach to your design, you can use Google Canvas in conjunction with Google Drawings. Review the tutorial below for a basic review of this application. (2 minutes)
OPTIONAL - Review any or all of the GCF-Design resources below if you want some additional background on any or those topics.
Create your logo according to the tutorials provided and the skills you gained from the tutorials. (30 to 45 minutes)
Develop two additional logos. These can be completely different from the first one, or they can be a variation of it. (30 minutes)
Submit (Turn In) your work in Google Classroom.
NOTE: Be sure to use Royalty Free Images for your logo or any other projects. Every image you use should be referenced appropriately. Here is a link to a web page with several Royalty Free images, sound, and music.
Watch the following video tutorial that explains how to convert your Google Drawing to a PNG or JPG file, then add it to your website. As you review the tutorial, complete the process.
