Following acceptance of a position with WSWSU, new employees will participate in a new hire orientation and be assigned required employment and authorization forms based on their role. Completion of all required onboarding documentation is a condition of employment and must be finalized prior to the start of work.
New hires are required to meet with the Human Resources Department to complete new hire paperwork. The WSWSU Central Office is located on the second floor of the OSEC Building at 1 School Street, Wilmington, VT.
As part of the onboarding process, employees are required to complete fingerprinting and background check requirements applicable to school-based employment in Vermont. These requirements must be reviewed and approved before an individual may begin employment.
