Description: The Cappies are a regional program that celebrates high school theater. Each member high school sends a team of student critics to review plays and musicals at area high schools. The critics discuss the show, then write reviews that are shared with the hosting school and local newspaper, as well as on the Cappies website. At the end of the year, all of the critics get together for a celebratory gala where Critic's Choice Awards recognize some of their favorite performances.

Description: Writing Club's goal is to create an opportunity for individuals wishing for a quiet and safe space to write stories, poems, plays, and essays, as well as share and receive compliments and critiques! We plan to provide resources and raise funds for members to submit their work in competitions in Jabberwocky and outside of school as well as to publish their work. We also plan to have coffeehouses and monthly themes touching on a famous author and/or poet or playwright. This is a wonderful opportunity for young authors, poets, and playwrights or anyone interested in developing their creative writing!
