Trouble Shooting

There may be times when a district website will not load, the student will see only a white screen, or they will not be given access to necessary websites. One solution is to turn OFF "Block Pop-ups" and "Prevent Cross-Site Tracking" in Safari Settings. 

To turn off these settings, follow this path or watch the video to the left: 

• Settings→scroll down on the left to Apps→Safari, (scroll down) turn OFF "Block Pop-ups"

• Settings→scroll down on the left to Apps→Safari, (scroll down) turn OFF "Prevent Cross-Site Tracking"

Follow these steps for an iPad without a Home button (10th generation iPad and later)

1. Press and quickly release the volume button closest to the top button.

2. Press and quickly release the volume button farthest from the top button. 

3. Press and hold the top button until the device begins to restart. 

Follow these steps for an iPad with a Home button (9th generation iPad and earlier)

1. Press and hold both the Home button and the top button until you see the Apple logo.
