What is Schoology?
Schoology is a Learning Management System designed for K-12 schools. In addition, it can be used for extracurricular clubs and activities (Musical, Student Council, etc).
What grades/schools are using Schoology?

Is this used for parent communication or just for students?
Schoology is an excellent communication tool for parents. Schoology will become the ‘hub’ for parents to see all that is happening in a child’s courses and clubs. There are customizable notification features that will provide updates to courses and groups. To set your notifications see this Schoology Help Center website for details: http://bit.ly/ParentNotice.
How do parents recieve accounts?
There is a Parent Guide on the District Home Page found under the Parents tab. Scroll down to Schoology - it’s located just below the icon. The document will walk you through creating your Parent Account and obtaining your child’s unique Parent Access Code. You will need a PowerSchool account to receive your child’s unique Parent Access Code. https://www.wssd.k12.pa.us/Parents.aspx
