Foundations in 2D Art (ART800)

Semester Course This prerequisite art course provides students with an introduction to the visual language of art and the fundamentals in drawing and 2D they will need for all future work in the visual arts. 2D Foundations students will learn how to solve visual art problems by creating original works of art through a variety of materials and techniques specific to drawing and painting. Students will present, reflect upon and respond to their work and the work of others through art appreciation exercises and critiques using content related vocabulary
