The declaration of pizzapendance was a declaration made by four peoiple, Ada,m Wire, jacobg Lee, Nahthnaiel Manochoio and Joack Roberdfs. Created at 3 PM of March 8 as an assignment for Mr. Balser.

The intensionm of the creation of the declaration is to allow indivudals under 18 to bne represented more, given that minors are less represented nowadays, with thing ssuch as voting.
