I chose to do a nutrition project because I want to understand how food affects my body and my health. What we eat plays a big role in our energy levels, mood, and overall well-being. I realized that learning about nutrition can help me make better choices now and in the future. It’s something important for everyone, and I wanted to learn the truth about what’s actually healthy versus what just looks healthy. This project helps me build better habits that I can use every day.
I chose this project because I really enjoy playing soccer and I want to get better at it, both for fun and for competition. Soccer is a sport where there’s always something to improve whether it’s dribbling, passing, or endurance. I also wanted to set a personal goal that would challenge me physically and help me stay active. By focusing on specific soccer skills, I knew I could track my progress and see real improvement over time, which is motivating. Plus, it’s a sport I want to keep playing long-term, so this project felt meaningful and useful.
