Tutorial: Doc to Form
This tutorial shows you how to quickly and easily take questions from a google doc and make a google form.
Step #1: Activate the add-on.
Open the google doc with the questions.
Click on the add-on menu.
Click get add-ons.
Find Doc to Form.
Allow Doc to Form.

Step #2: Use the add-on to create a form.
Click add-ons then Doc to Form.
In the toolbar to the right, select whether you want the form to gather usernames, etc.
Select the text for a question.
Choose the type of question you want to create.
Select the text for the answers, and separate each option with a semi-colon.
Click view form to see what you have created.
