"I would tell her to just be nice and keep making friends because that's the best sucess."

"That if you're scared to do something, do it scared. That is was okay to be anxious about asking a question in class or telling the waiter my order. Just do it anxious and one day you won't be picking at your fingers saying your order of chicken tenders to the waiter."
