Fremont High School
National Honor Society is a nationwide organization that recognizes high school students for their outstanding academic achievement, leadership, service, and character. Membership in NHS is one of the highest honors a student can receive, reflecting a commitment to excellence both in and out of the classroom. Members engage in community service, develop leadership skills, and uphold the values of scholarship and integrity.
NHS is a great way to make a difference, meet new people, and get recognized for your hard work. You’ll do fun activities like community service, field trips, and more. It’s a chance to build your skills, help others, and make your school and community better. Plus, it looks great on college applications. If you want to grow and make an impact, NHS is the place for you!
In the National Honor Society (NHS), we engage in a variety of enriching activities throughout the year. These include our annual opening social, the "Pets of the Month" initiative, the Kash 4 Kids fundraiser, as well as shoebox and food drives. We also participate in community-focused events like blanket tying and educational field trips. For a complete overview of our activities, please refer to our calendar.
