Assessment Data Charts show overall performance on different assessment windows including Grades, iReady, Fountas and Pinnell, ACT, EOC, MAP, etc.
Users are able to drill down into charts to see students, overall performance over time, and effectiveness.
There are 3 levels at which Data Charts can be viewed: District/School, Grade Level, Class
These levels are found at the top of your screen.
Below are the directions for accessing the Data Charts.
Select the level you are interested in (District/School, Grade, or Class)
Select the school, grade, user that you are looking for
Select the Year of assessments you are interested in seeing.
You can focus in on categories (subjects) and Assessment Suites, but if they are not selected you will get all charts.
If you are wanting any filters you can select those at this time.
Click Search - You will have a page of charts.
The first page will be Literacy. All other subjects are listed on the left and you can navigate between them.

Chart features:
Select items from the legend to hide on chart
Click on a part of a graph to see which students it represents. (This will only show students you have access to)
Three dot menu allows the following:
change chart type
display numbers on chart
change to % of students
change to # of students
hide legend
print chart
export as CSV (spreadsheet)
sort
This chart will show all grade levels in the building for all completed windows in a year for a particular assessment.
This chart will show one grade level at a time across all completed windows in a year for a particular assessment.
This chart will show results for one teacher across all completed windows in a year for a particular assessment
When you hover over a section of a chart, it will give detailed information about the number and percent of students who fall in that category.
