Students who are entering 12th grade must have two doses of MCV (Meningococcal vaccine). Unless the first dose was administered after the students 16th birthday, then only one dose is required.
Students who have not provided to school documentation of the immunization will not be allowed to start the new school year, or summer school if applicable, until proof of vaccination is received.
