Meetings will be held from 2:35-3:30 in room 411, the sewing room. Students should be picked up at 3:30 in front of FMS on meeting dates.

MAY MEETING- BY INVITATION ONLY- STUDENTS THAT HAVE EARNED ALL THE REQUIRED SERVICE HOURS AND TURNED THEM IN BY 7AM THE FIRST FRIDAY IN MAY WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL INVITATION TO ATTEND AND CELEBRATE

First meeting- September
Optional Meeting- beginning of October-Service Event- Paw Parade
end of October (in place of November meeting)- very review of bi-laws and sign and then make t-shirt bags for food pantries
mid December- caroling
end of January optional meeting- Blood Drive from 3-6 in the cafe- Click on this Google Form to sign up to volunteer and earn service hours.
mid February- get into groups of 2-3 making a total of 16 groups to teach LIM lessons to FMS students- we'll teach the same lesson 3 times, starting in 6th grade, then 7th, and finally 8th grade. Here is the link to the presentation to customize for your group. Here is the email template to send to the teachers whose rooms you will be in. (Mrs. Schulte will be walking around to tell you these. DO NOT email teachers until you have finished customizing your Slides and until you sign up with Mrs. Schulte.)
beginning of March- We'll be going to DRE to read with students. The field trip forms will come out soon. We will meet in room 801 at 11:45 to eat and prepare to walk to DRE together. We will return at around 2:15. Bring your lunch and wear comfortable clothes that day. Also bring a favorite childhood book.
End of March (in place of April meeting)- We will practice our LIM lessons before teaching in April. We'll also make welcome posters for incoming students to hang up next year at Walkabout Days and MAP testing posters.
May TBD- Celebration Day!!! We will celebrate students that earned at least the required hours by 7 AM the first Friday in May. Invitations will be sent to students that have earned this event.
