I am your Meadow's West music teacher!

Education
I just graduated in May of 2022 from the U of M with my Bachelor of Education Degree, and before that I received my Bachelor of Music Education Degree with a choral major and French minor from the University of Manitoba in 2020.

Teaching Philosophy

I believe in helping students realize their musical potential by scraping away their preconceived notions of being “not musical,” or “not naturally talented,” and by encouraging their understanding that we are all just at different levels, working towards the same goal of musical competence. I believe any and all students should be welcomed and encouraged to participate in music.

Hobbies

I have recently had the privilege of joining the Winnipeg Singers and had my debut performance with them on May 1st, 2022 for their spring concert.

I love to work on cars, computers, and fix things. I have a red 1988 Volvo 740 Turbo Wagon that I am restoring, and I am constantly upgrading, breaking, and fixing my home server which I built out of an old gaming computer.
