New Student Registration

New Student Information

You MUST bring the required information to register: 

• Original Birth Certificate

• Immunization Records

• Two (2) Proof of residence/address (current utility bill, mortgage/closing documents, lease agreement. etc.)

  • • • • • • • • lease agreement must be notarized

• Custody/Guardianship papers if applicable

• IEP/504/Behavior Plan/ELL papers if applicable

Legal guardian must be present to register students.
