9th Grade
All students must earn 27 credits from the State and District issued graduation requirements. Students are encouraged to enroll in courses that can help them explore job opportunities or because they are interested in the subject area

9th Grade Course Descriptions.pdfCourse Requests will be open during the month of February. Counselors will meet with each grade to ensure that their selections have been entered into the online system correctly.
Course Requests can not be changed after March 1st. Please take your time and choose classes that YOU want, NOT what your friends want.
Keep in mind that counselors try to accommodate students as best as possible, while also respecting teacher class sizes.

Make-Up Credit Options
Edgenuity/Weber Online Credit Recovery
$35 per .25 credit- Must speak with your counselor to enroll in the class, some classes are not available with this option.
Northridge Learning Center
$55 per .25-Packets are available through Northridge Learning Center 2431 North HIllfield Rd. Layton, Utah 84041 (801) 776-4532
EDGENUITY
Important Information:
No Refunds
Students must meet with a counselor before getting started
Edgenuity credit recovery does not replace a grade
If students are not making progress, they may be pulled from elective classes to complete the Edgenuity course
