Summer Semester INNOVATION Online Classes 2025
We will offer 2 Mini Terms (Summer Semester):
Classes begin May 27 - June 27 and July 14 - August 14
There is a $70 fee (per course) for enrollment, which includes Terms/Quarters 1 & 2 students are NOT allowed to sign up for only 1 quarter. If the student only needs 1 quarter of a class they will have to wait and take the course in person or Online next school year.
REGISTRATION ENROLLMENT PERIOD BEGINS:
Monday, April 7th - Friday, May 23rd by 12:00 NOON.
After May 23rd at 12:00 NOON, there will be NO more enrollments accepted (No Exceptions)
$70 class fee per each course taken through the Summer Semester (each course includes Terms/Quarters 1 and 2)
Classes Offered:
Summer classes are being offered to current 8th through 11th graders. Students will want to check with their counselor to decide which class(es) to take. Because of the short timeframe, we recommend that students don’t take more than 3 classes.

The Mini Terms will run like this:
Students will have access to Term/Quarter 1 Modules, beginning on Tuesday, May 27th and ALL work including the final, must be completed by Friday, June 27th.
Then, there is a short break from June 28th - July 13th.
(This allows for the state rollover and maintenance to occur in PowerSchool)
Students will have access to Term/Quarter 2 Modules beginning on Monday, July 14th and ALL work including the final, must be completed by Thursday, August 14th.
Additional Information:
Students may work as quickly as they want to through the Modules but they need to keep in mind that there are no extensions past the due dates. (no exceptions)
Students will be issued a final grade at the end of each Mini Term.
There are no refunds.
It is not recommended that students take more than 3 courses during the Summer Semester
*Summer Innovation Online classes are intended for students to get ahead in credits, not for repeating, credit recovery or catching up.
To Register for Online Summer Classes, Parents must do so through their parent portal: (the portal will not be opened until April 7th and will close on May 23rd at Noon) Parents will need a PowerSchool Parent Portal account to access Touch Base. (If they don’t have an account they need to have one set up)

Instructions: How to Access the Summer Semester through the Parent Portal Payment Site
Sign into PowerSchool (parent account)
Once you are signed in, click on the Left Panel labeled Purchases and Payments. You will immediately be taken to TouchBase without having to sign in.
Once you are in Touchbase, select the student you are making your purchase for.
Once you have selected your student, Select “Items At all Schools”
Under School Type: Select “Weber Online”
Under Categories: Select “Summer Semester”
Select courses by pressing “buy” and they will add to your cart. (It is not recommended that students take more than 2 courses for the Summer Semester)
Proceed with payment once all desired courses have been added to the cart.
Once payment has been processed, The Online Registrar will run a report in InTouch to verify payment and the Online Counselor will enroll students into courses.
The Online Counselor will then send an official email to the student and parent.
