Summer Training

Various camps will be offered throughout the summer. Athletes are highly encouraged to attend these off-season camps. This gives the athlete the opportunity to get to know others interested in joining the team, learn the program, get in shape, improve their skills, and have fun.

Summer Conditioning

Weightlifting Schedule: 

June 5-30 (Monday - Friday)

7:30-8:30 am

August 1-11 (Monday - Friday)

9:00-10:00 am

Football Camp Schedule

Who: Anybody looking to get stronger and faster

What: RJH Padded Camp where athletes learn  basic football fundamentals and plays

Where: Roy Jr. High

When:  Aug 14-22 from 3pm-5pm

Cost: $25 - paid to RJH's front office
