Athletes will NOT be able to participate until all forms are completed.
All fees, paperwork, and physicals must be complete by September 8th.
Athletes are also required to turn in a hard copy of their physical form filled out by their doctor to Coach Flores(physical forms are good for 1 year).
Athletes are required to pay $150 ($65 district fee, $10 bus fee, $50 equipment fee, and $25 banquet/awards ceremony fee) before the season starts. Fees are payable online and in the school's office. Receipts must be turned in to Coach Flores.
If the student qualifies for a fee waiver, the office will provide a waiver voucher to be turned in to Coach Flores.
Athletes have the option to pay for a player pack (cost is TBD).
