Mission and Vision Statement
The mission of RJH football is to train student athletes to be leaders on and off the field. Studies have shown that work ethic in the classroom translates to work ethic on the field. When it comes to being a student-athlete, the student comes first. These athletes need to take ownership of their education. They will be expected to work hard in heir studies, be respectful and listen to their teachers, and rise up to challenges they face in the classroom. In turn, we expect them to work hard during practice, be respectful and listen to their coaches, and rise up to the challenges they face on the field.
The vision of RJH football is to establish a culture of success. There is a toxic mentality that has plagued RJH for years. A loser's mentality that has been established by quitters and those settling for mediocrity. It is time to change this mentality and establish a culture that celebrates accomplishment and achievement. This mentality will not only help the football program find success, but it will help the school and community as a whole. Those on the team are ambassadors for our school. As they find success on and off the field, others in the school will be motivated to follow suit.
