Students are encouraged to check the Scholarship Bulletin often. Pay attention to deadlines and plan ahead. Keeping a scholarship resume, personal statement, and references will make it easy to apply for multiple scholarships with minimal effort! Take a look at the brochure on the left for some helpful tips to get organized.
We recommend all seniors to apply for the FAFSA. By applying for the FAFSA, students can receive financial Aid in the following ways:
Grants- Money from the federal government to help pay for school. It is awarded based on the needs of each student and DOES NOT need to be paid back.
Loans- Money from the federal government that DOES need to be paid back. Federal loans often have a much lower interest rate than private loans.
Work Study- A federally funded program that allows students to have part-time jobs on campus.
