We participate in the District 3 middle school choice process. Students are matched to our school through a system. We encourage you to place West Side Collaborative (03M250) first on your application. It is highly likely that students who do will be offered a seat at our school. It is not necessary to attend a tour or open house in order to apply.
The middle school application can be submitted through myschools.nyc. If you have not been provided access to this site, please contact your current public school or the District 3 Family Welcome Center's Office of Student Enrollment at 388 West 125th Street. If you are currently enrolled in an independent school or a school outside of the district (but live in District 3), the district office will assist you in establishing a myschools.nyc application. If you have questions for the enrollment office, you may contact them at 125FWC@schools.nyc.gov.
