My name is Mr. Shrake (Shrek works as well). I grew up in Bangor, but have wrestled for West Salem Bangor Wrestling since I was 3 years old. I graduated High School in 2013, and didn't have any plans of becoming a teacher but I truly believe that life will always find a way to put you where you are supposed to be. Over the last 10 years, I have helped coach wrestling and football at multiple levels but have recently settled in with just the High School Wrestling Program. You will also learn that I am not the only Shrake in the building, many people say my wife is cooler than me and she teaches in 8th Grade. We have a little dog named Oakley who will be turning 5 this December. My favorite hobbies include cooking high end food and playing golf with my friends.
