Hello! I am Elissa Kinstler and I teach 5th Grade General Music, 6th Grade Keyboards and More, 7th Grade Guitars and Musicals, and instrumental music lessons.

I graduated from UW-Stevens Point in 2006 with a degree in instrumental music education and completed my Master's in Educational Leadership through Concordia University-Portland in 2019. I have taught instrumental music in the Cashton and Bangor School Districts and briefly taught general music in the La Crosse School District.

In the summers, I play saxophone in and co-direct the La Crosse Concert band and I play lead steel band in the Coulee Region Steel Band.

My family and I live in the West Salem District and are proud to be Panthers!

Greetings! I'm Ms. Nimm and this is my 17th year at West Salem Middle School. I teach 5th Grade Music, Choir for grades 6, 7, and 8, Small Choir 6, Soundscapes 7, and African Drumming 8. I absolutely love getting to make music all day long!

I graduated from Ripon College in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music. I am certified to teach both vocal and general music. In 2015 I graduated from Western Governor's University with a Master of Arts in Education - English Language Learning.

After school hours, I direct the two middle school show choirs - Crescendo and Accent. I also direct our middle school musical, and co-direct the high school winter play. If those activities don't keep me too busy, I volunteer with the high school show choirs and the high school summer musical. Can you tell I love music and performing?!

I've lived in West Salem for the past 8 years. I have two fur babies: a cat named Stevie Colbert, and a dog named Jonna Stewart. I love to read, sing, dance, bake, and take long walks with my 65 lb. puppy!
