My name is Mr. Shrake (Shrek works as well). I grew up in Bangor, but have wrestled for West Salem Bangor Wrestling since I was 3 years old. I graduated High School in 2013, and didn't have any plans of becoming a teacher but I truly believe that life will always find a way to put you where you are supposed to be. Over the last 15 years, I have helped coach wrestling and football at multiple levels but have recently settled in with just the Middle School Wrestling Program after being with the high school since 2014. I also am the Head Golf Coach here are the High School.

My Classroom is one of the most unique classrooms you will come around in Western Wisconsin where we do everything from fabric working to Digital creation, all the way to woodshop working. We do a lot of different things to expose our students to many different skills to get them ready for the ever changing world they will enter in a few short years.

You will also learn that I am not the only Shrake in the building, many people say my wife is cooler than me and she teaches in 8th Grade. We have a little dog named Oakley who will be turning 5 this December. My favorite hobbies include cooking high end food and playing golf with my friends.
