Winter Greens

Students sow seeds in the fall, then record data on the growth of plants throughout the New Hampshire Winter.

Students record sow dates and harvest dates in order to make adjustments for optimal output in future years. Our growing system, which does not use heat, was inspired by the work of Eliot Coleman.
