Eligibility Requirements

• Income Guidelines: must meet project income guideline requirements (vary by site)

  • Family guidelines fall within tax credit income guidelines

  • Residents may have utility allowances provided

• Family housing units serve household composition of families

• CAP manages six Family Housing Locations within Belknap and Merrimack Counties

• There are currently waitlists for all properties

• To enter the waitlist, fill out a separate application per property location

• Pay past-due rent and utilities from April 1, 2020 on, for households that lost income or had increased household expenses as a result of COVID-19.
