Write a sentence with the word “his”.
Name Writing
- Practice writing your first name in every color of the rainbow.
- Don’t forget which letters should be uppercase and which letters should be lowercase!
Challenge: Write your first AND last name!
Number Sense
**-Write down numbers 1 to 20 on index cards, small pieces of paper or sticky notes. Mix them up and put them in order from least to greatest.
-Have someone pull out a number, can you tell them what is missing from the sequence. Try that several times.
-Take away the numbers 1 through 7 and add on when counting

Magic Sight Words
- Write any sight words you want to practice on a blank piece of paper in WHITE crayon
- Use watercolors and paint over it and watch the words magically appear

Watch video This is our Earth
What happens when litter gets in our water?
Partially fill a large plastic jug with water. Place trash in the water. (Plastic, paper, fruit/veggie scraps, etc.) Secure the jug's lid. Observe the jug for several days, noting that the water becomes cloudy and dirty. Ask whether fish, frogs, and other animals could live in dirty water, leading them to conclude that dumping trash in the water can be harmful to wildlife.
