WRHS Bands

Symphonic Band is an entry-level class designed to promote more intermediate techniques for brass, woodwind, and percussion instruments. It covers a variety of band literature styles, primarily for concert performances.

The registration fee covers the cost of renting concert attire from the school.

Wind Ensemble is an audition-only class designed to promote more advanced techniques for brass, woodwind, and percussion instruments. It covers a variety of band literature styles, primarily for concert performances.

Farmer Pride is the WRHS Marching Band.

This class meets after school during the first semester. Student must ALSO be enrolled in a band or orchestra class.

A band uniform will be provided, except for shoes that will need to be purchased through the music department. Click here for more information about the 2020-21 season.
