Broncos Fundraiser

The Music Boosters have partnered with Aramark's Nonprofit Fundraising program to staff concession stands at Broncos home games and other events at Mile High Stadium. Our Broncos/Aramark is our biggest fundraiser throughout the entire year, and it benefits the band, orchestra, color guard and winter percussion. Most importantly, it's one of the easiest ways to help lower the cost of your student's orchestra and band Disneyland trip that we hope will still take place in spring 2022!

• Each adult or student who works earns $110 per game for your student's music ledger. Students can fund the school music trips, new instruments, ensemble fees (Winter Guard, Farmer Pride, Winter Percussion), private lessons, etc with this money. You can eat at the stadium all day and it is a lot of fun! Your student's ledger will stay with them throughout their time at WRHS.

Here's how it works

• At each event, we need several adults and some students (ages 16 and up) to staff concession stands.

  • We almost always have enough students sign up, but could really use some parents or 18+ students to run the registers for the stand. (The under-18 crowd isn't allowed to sell beer.)

• All events are at the Broncos Stadium unless the signup specifies otherwise (like Opening Day at Coors Field).

  • Please note, all events are also subject to cancellation due to current events. We will continue to update this signup with current information as things change.

• Check in times:

• Food Managers - 8:30 am

• Cooks - 9 am

• Bar Managers - 9:30 am

• Food Preps, Expos, Kiosk Help, and Safety Cleaners - 10 am

• Bartenders - 10:30 am

End time is when we get done cleaning up and doing inventory. This will probably be between 6 pm and 7 pm.

Currently, parking will be on site at the stadium (no buses). Volunteer check-in will be at Gate 4 for this game (if this changes we will let you know). Upon arriving at Gate 4, volunteers will have their temperatures taken. Please make sure that you have taken the health assessment before arriving at the stadium to speed up the line.

Also follow these guidelines:

- Ensure that you are at least 6 feet away from others where possible

- Work in assigned areas only

- Handshakes, fist bumps, high fives and other personal contact are strongly discouraged

- Follow signage and markings on the floor directing traffic

- Always have your mask on correctly and face shield if required

Dress Code & Other Requirements

• • All volunteers need to wear black pants (no denim, no leggings) and rubber-soled, non-slip black shoes in good condition (no sandals or flip-flops).

  • Long hair needs to be tied back.

  • Aramark will provide polo shirts and hats when you arrive, and you should plan on wearing a white shirt under the polo shirt.

  • Coats are allowed in cold weather so long as they aren't for an opposing team.

  • All volunteers must bring a photo ID to check in. A school photo ID is acceptable.
