Dress code is white shirt, black pants (no leggings), and rubber-soled, non-slip black shoes in good condition (no sandals or flip-flops). Long hair needs to be tied back. Coats are allowed in cold weather so long as they aren't for an opposing team. All volunteers must bring a photo ID to check in. A school photo ID is acceptable.
Parking will be on site at the stadium (no buses). Volunteer check-in will be at Gate 4 for this game (if this changes we will let you know). Upon arriving at Gate 4, volunteers will have their temperatures taken. Please make sure that you have taken the health assessment before arriving at the stadium to speed up the line.
Also follow these guidelines:
- Ensure that you are at least 6 feet away from others where possible
- Work in assigned areas only
- Handshakes, fist bumps, high fives and other personal contact are strongly discouraged
- Follow signage and markings on the floor directing traffic
- Always have your mask on correctly and face shield if required

Booster fundraising benefits WRHS music students in two ways: through general financial support of WRHS instrumental ensembles, and by splitting proceeds from designated Booster fundraising activities between Boosters' general fund and student ledger accounts for students who participated in the fundraiser. Designated ledger fundraising activities typically include Broncos fundraising and product fundraisers such as Butter Braids or cookie dough.
For more information about student ledger accounts, or to request a disbursement, check out the Student Ledger page.
Our Butter Braid fundraiser was this fall. Look for details about the Fall 2021 Butter Braid fundraiser next year!
