DECA is a business club which offers business and leadership related competitions for students. It is recognized internationally and prepares many students with presentation and communication skills, along with promoting confidence and knowledge.

DECA seeks to develop students into team cooperators who each benefit from one another’s success. It gives students hands-on real life business experiences in fields such as marketing, business, finance, and entrepreneurship while enhancing the classroom experience through conferences and competitions that shape high school students into character-driven leaders.

Each year, an increasing number of schools are recognizing DECA as an extraordinary way to get students prepared for ‘the real world’ and their careers. Competitions consist of written exams completed during school time, case study presentation to judges at the Regional, Provincial and International levels, separate written business proposals, online challenges, Chapter events and much more.
