Clicking on the video above will begin a movement playlist. Videos will play automatically once one is finished. Each video encourages kids to get up and move their bodies!
Get your kids moving by playing Simon Says with these fun yet physcial activities. Remember, you decide when or if you say "Simon Says..." If you don't say "Simon Says..." then they don't do the action.
Look for the letters in your name and do each exercise for every letter in your name. What about the names of your family members? Pets? Spell any word and see if you can do all the actions!
For this activity, do as many of each move as you can in 45 seconds. Take a 15 second break in between each move.
