To create a detailed work of art.
Step 1: make a design for your relief printmaking.
Step 2: draw the design on your lino block in sharpie.
Step 3: Carve away all of the lino you want to be white space in your final artwork.
Step 4: Using a brayer and printmaking ink, roll out ink on a tray
Step 5: Using the brayer, roll ink onto the lino block
Step 6: Cover the entire image with ink
Step 7: Press the lino block onto a sheet of white paper
Step 8: carefully peel the paper away from your lino block
Step 9: repeat steps 4 & 5 until you have three tidy copies of your print. You will probably need to make more than 3 prints!
Step 10: edition and sign three of your prints in pencil, and submit them!
