Penny Wars

I was thrilled to learn that our Penny Wars fundraiser raised about $1,700 for the Wakefield Food Pantry. I would like to give a huge thank you to our PTO, and particularly to Erin Kokinda, for making this happen. I’m happy that we were able to raise money for a great cause while teaching students about the value of generosity and supporting those in need. We hope to repeat this event in the future, so save your spare change!

Parent Conference Feedback

Thanks to those of you who came to Walton and participated virtually in our fall parent/teacher conferences. We really appreciate the chance to communicate with you, and strengthen our parent/school partnership to support students. In an effort to improve our conferences, I would like to collect some feedback about this process. Please complete this survey to tell us a little bit about how conferences went this time around from your perspective.

WEF Stars

One of the many great things the Wakefield Education Foundation (WEF) helps us do each year is recognize the great work of our Walton staff. WEF stars is one way to say thank you to our teachers, and support future programs in the Wakefield Public Schools while you do it. Thank you for your support of our teachers and of WEF.
