Report Cards and Mid-Year Assessments

We are more than half way through the school year and will be providing some information on student learning progress this week. On Thursday afternoon, report cards will be sent to parents via email. If you don’t receive your child’s report card, please contact the main office. Additionally, in your child’s backpack Thursday, you will find their mid-year DIBELS report. Here is some information previously shared about DIBELS. Lastly, you can access your child’s mid-year iReady math report using these directions. If you have questions about any of this information, don’t hesitate to reach out.

Long-term Sub. Opportunities

As I mentioned last week, two of our teachers, Mrs. Inocencio and Mrs. Gallagher, are expecting babies later this school year. If you know of anyone who may be interested in a long-term substitute teaching position this spring, please encourage them to reach out to me. These positions are posted on the WPS website.

WEF Spelling Bee

It's time again to brush up on your spelling and trivia, plus to create clever costumes to compete for extra points! WEF is hosting its annual Adult Spelling Bee on Friday Mar 13th. See attached flyer for more details and sign up early--tables max out at 12 at the West Side Social Club.
