The Main Exhibit Building (large yellow building on the south side of the grounds, next to the Midway) will be home to the 4-H Exhibits, Open Class Exhibits, and the Commercial Exhibitors.
The Satellite Building will house the 4-H Poultry and Rabbit Exhibits as well as the Show Arena Stage for the 4-H Poultry and Rabbit Show.
If you are interested in a commercial space, either indoors or outdoors, contact the Fair Office at 218-736-0272 as soon as possible, as space fills up quickly!

There are many exhibits to experience at the Fair. All exhibit buildings are open from 11 am-9 pm (11 am-8 pm on Saturday).
The West Otter Tail County Fair has many commercial exhibitors as well as educational exhibits in the DNR Wildlife Building, the Children’s Barnyard, 4-H Livestock Exhibits, Open Class, and 4-H Exhibits.
If you would like to be a commercial exhibitor at the West Otter Tail County Fair, contact the Fair Office at 218-736-0272 or download contracts, and submit.
The West Ottertail County Fair is a lottery style signup for camping reservations in lieu of on site reservations.
You will need the following information when entering the camping lottery:
Name, email, mailing address, phone number
Power request 30-amp ($225), 15 amp ($175), no power ($100)
Zone request 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5
Camper Type, license number, unit length
Lottery registration will open up on June 20th at 8:00 AM online. Please submit all information to enter the lottery to reserve a camping spot for the Fair. Only one entry per household, please.
Lottery winners will be contacted by the Fair office on or before June 22nd, 2025 with instructions on how to complete their registration and submit payment in full on or before Friday, June 27th, 2025. Failure to do so will forfeit the reservation and your reservation will be offered to the next person on the waiting list.
*Note: Only ONE camping reservation per household will be accepted.

Campers are not allowed on the fairgrounds before Monday, July 14th. Power NOT guaranteed until Wednesday, July 16th. All campers must be in place no later than noon on Wednesday, July 16th.

Hansen’s Amusement Foods serves up their famous Foot Long Hot Dogs and Corn Dogs, Fry Bread Tacos, Homemade lemonade, snow cones, mini donuts and many other “fair” foods.
