Facility Use

The West Otter Tail County Fairgrounds offers a variety of buildings and spaces available for rent. These facilities can accommodate meetings, celebrations, community events, educational programs, and other gatherings. Individuals, organizations, and businesses interested in renting a building at the fairgrounds are encouraged to review the rental requirements and contact the Fair Board to check availability and begin the reservation process.

Facility reservations at the West Otter Tail County Fairgrounds are not considered confirmed until a completed rental contract and required deposit have been received. All renters must provide payment for the building rental and submit valid event liability insurance prior to receiving access to the facility. The West Otter Tail County Fair Board reserves the right to refuse or cancel reservations at its discretion to ensure the safety, care, and appropriate use of the fairgrounds' facilities.
