Why is it so difficult to FOCUS and PAY ATTENTION to one task? We live in a world of multitasking. We try and do our homework, watch Netflix, respond to texts, view Snapchats and eat a snack at the SAME time.
Sometimes, you don’t pay attention because you are bored. Maybe the class is boring; maybe the lesson is boring; maybe the teacher is boring. Maybe you are paying attention to many things at the same time (multi-tasking) or you just have trouble focusing on one thing at a time.
It actually doesn’t matter -- because not paying attention to the task at hand only hurts one person…YOU!
This section will help you to learn to pay attention to details, focus and realize multitasking actually means not-tasking at all…..
